  • We use it to reply to you, prepare your demo or tell you about new guides. We do not sell it.

What we collect
What you give us in the demo form: name, work email, company, your message if you write one and the page language. In the new-guides sign-up, only your email and the language. If you email us, the data in that email.
What for
To reply to you, arrange the demo you ask for and follow up on your request. If you sign up for new guides, to write when we publish one or when a rule we cover changes. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Your request: we process the data to deal with what you ask for before any contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For the new-guides sign-up, your consent when you sign up (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that run the service for us, and only for that: Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the forms; Google Workspace, our email; and the internal tools we use to follow up on requests, AI assistants among them. We do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Outside the EU
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Those transfers carry the safeguards the GDPR requires: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.
How long
As long as needed to deal with your request and follow it up. The new-guides email, until you unsubscribe by replying to any of the emails or writing to us. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hi@heavy-deals.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking tools. Fonts and the video are served from the site itself.
