The commercial system for [industrial distribution]

Less time on price lists, orders and paperwork. More time selling.

Built for importers and distributors of

  • HVAC & refrigeration
  • Copper & metals
  • Steel
  • Aluminium
  • Electrical supplies
  • Plumbing & hardware
Less admin, more sales

The same team, three times the customers.

HeavyDeals does two things: it takes the work that doesn’t sell off your team’s plate, and gives them the tools to sell more.

Before A team of 3

40 customers

The week goes on price lists, typed orders, paperwork and chasing payments.

With HeavyDeals A team of 3

120 customers

The week goes on selling and looking after each customer.

Less work that doesn’t sell

  • The price list recalculates itself; your team only reviews it
  • Orders from email arrive as drafts
  • Container paperwork comes out done
  • Payment reminders go out in one click

More sales

  • Quotes with price and logistics in seconds
  • Customers order on their own in their portal, at their price, any time
  • Last month’s order, repeated in one click
  • You see which customers are growing and which are buying less, in time to call them
The problem

Everything changes every week. Your spreadsheet doesn’t.

Price lists that fall behind

Metal, the dollar, tariffs and quotas keep moving, and the price list gets rebuilt by hand, late, one product at a time.

Orders typed twice

They come in by email, PDF or WhatsApp, and someone has to retype them line by line.

Paperwork for every container

Every shipment needs its documents, and who supplies each one depends on the incoterm. All filled in by hand, every time.

A price list 2% off takes a quarter of a distributor’s margin.1

1 If a distributor makes around 8% net and sells 2% below where it should, it loses 2 of those 8 points: a quarter of the margin.

How it works

AI proposes. Your rules validate. [You decide.]

HeavyDeals gets the work ready for you: the order from an email, the new price list when copper goes up, the documents for a shipment. Nothing goes out until someone on your team approves it.

  • 01

    Every price shows its working

Metal, exchange rate, margin and the customer’s discount, line by line.

  • 02

    Nothing reaches a customer unchecked

Every change waits for a person to approve it.

  • 03

    Everything stays on record

Who changed what and when, and what the AI read.

Every price is a formula of metal index, exchange rate and your margin. When something moves, the catalog recalculates with each customer’s terms and waits for you to approve it.

Both sides of the trade

Two sides, [one system.]

What you set up once is what your customer sees: their catalog, their prices and their orders.

Carbon border rules

Keep track of your CBAM tonnage before the container sails.

Steel, aluminium and the other goods under CBAM count towards your 50-tonne yearly threshold. HeavyDeals keeps adding them up from the purchase order, so you don’t find out you’ve crossed it with the container already at sea.

  1. 01From the purchase order

Each order to your supplier adds its tonnes before it sails, without waiting for the customs entry.

  2. 02A warning before you reach 50 t

If an order takes you close to the threshold, you know in time to get your declarant authorisation in order.

  3. 03The mill’s emissions with each order

With the producer’s verified data you don’t pay on the EU default value.

Questions

What people ask us most.

Do we have to replace our current system?

No. Your ERP and your accounting stay where they are. HeavyDeals takes over what is left in spreadsheets and email: prices tied to the metal and the currency, quotes, the customer portal, the container paperwork and the invoices that come from each order.

What does the AI do, and what doesn’t it do?

It reads orders that arrive by email, PDF or photo and turns them into drafts, and it answers questions with your data. It never sends a price, an order or a message on its own: a person on your team approves first.

What if a price comes out wrong?

Nothing goes out unchecked. Every change shows its calculation, and someone on your team approves it before any customer sees it.

Will our customers actually use a portal?

They don’t have to switch overnight. Orders that still arrive by email become drafts your team confirms. Customers move to the portal when they find their own price and last month’s order waiting there.

Our prices don’t follow copper. Is it still for us?

Yes, if you import by the container and sell to installers, shops or dealers. You can start with orders and the container paperwork, and add price formulas later.

We import steel or aluminium. Does it help with CBAM?

Yes. HeavyDeals adds up your tonnes under the EU carbon border rules from the purchase order, against the 50 t yearly threshold, so you see it before the container sails and in time to sort out your declarant authorisation. The mill’s verified emissions travel with each order, so you don’t pay on the EU default value and its mark-up.

Where is our data?

In the region we agree with your company, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company sees only its own data, and every change is logged.

How do we start, and what does it cost?

We start with a pilot on your own catalog, set up together with your team. The yearly plan depends on the size of your catalog, so we put together an offer for each company.

Let’s close the next heavy deal together.
